Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA")
Amboseli Foods LLC ("Amboseli" or "we," "us," or "our") values and respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Amboseli is committed to promptly addressing claims of copyright infringement on the Site. To report such claims, please refer to the following DMCA Policy, which is integral to our Terms and Conditions. If you require further information or need to report a claim, contact Amboseli's Designated Copyright Agent, whose details are below. Any capitalized terms used in this policy but not defined herein will have the meanings outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

DMCA NOTICE OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT ("NOTICE"):
Suppose you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright. In that case, you may report alleged copyright infringements on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Amboseli's Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a valid Notice as described below, Amboseli will take appropriate action at its sole discretion, including removing the disputed content from the Site. Failure to comply with all the requirements outlined in this section and 17 USC § 512(c)(3) may render your DMCA notice invalid.

 

To submit a Notice, please include the following information:
Identify the copyrighted work(s) that have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity), including the link URL shown on the Site or the exact location where the material can be found.

Provide your company affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

Include the following statements in the body of the Notice:

"I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use).

"I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner or of an exclusive right under the copyright allegedly infringed."

Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

DMCA COUNTER-NOTICE OF ALLEGED INFRINGEMENT:
Suppose you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing or that you have authorization from the copyright holder, the holder's agent, or under the law to use the material. In that case, you may send a Counter-Notice to Amboseli's Copyright Agent.

 

The Counter-Notice should include the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including an explanation of the mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement consenting to the federal court's jurisdiction in Salt Lake City, Utah, and an acknowledgment of accepting service of process from the person who filed the initial Notice.

If the Copyright Agent receives a valid Counter-Notice, Amboseli may send a copy to the original complaining party, notifying them.
