Amboseli Foods provides consulting services related to spice and seasoning manufacturing, private labeling, product development, custom blending, and other related services. By accessing and using these services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. This agreement applies to all site users, including, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing and using the services of Amboseli Foods, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Please do not use this service if you do not agree to abide by the above.

2. Consulting Services
   Amboseli Foods provides consulting services related to spice and seasoning manufacturing, private labeling, product development, custom blending, and other related services. All consulting services are subject to the terms and agreements outlined in your contract.

3. Confidentiality
   Amboseli Foods will maintain the confidentiality of all client communications and information, except where the law requires disclosure. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Payment and Refunds
   Payment for consulting services is due at the time of booking. Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you cancel a consulting session, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
   Amboseli Foods reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

6. Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Certain Rights
   You and Amboseli Foods agree that we will resolve any disputes between us through binding and final arbitration instead of through court proceedings. All controversies, claims, counterclaims, or other disputes arising between you and Amboseli Foods relating to these Terms and Conditions or the service (each a "Claim") shall be submitted for binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Utah Council on Conflict Resolution. The arbitration will be conducted in Utah unless you and Amboseli Foods agree otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability
   Amboseli Foods shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services or resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the service or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of user's transmissions or data, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you hereby release Amboseli Foods from any claims or liability related to any product or service provided through the service and any conduct or speech, whether online or offline, of any other user.
